This is a list of the non-playable creatures of the Inkworld. If you have any suggestions for additions or changes, feel free to tell us.
-------
Brownies:: Coming soon.
Black Bogles:: Information Unavailable
Fairies::
Small Blue flying creatures. With winter on the way, they use anything available to them to insulate their nests, including human hair. They do not hibernate,and even in the middle of winter can be seen dancing in the sky at sunrise. Although they still leave their nests in the winter, it is less often than in warmer months, and with less energy.
Fire Elves::
Tiny, easily agitated creatures with bodies as hot as fire. They live in nests that are easily mistaken for bee's nests, but lighter in color. They can burn holes in your skin if the water nymphs haven't coated you in their protective slime, and even then, they will sting when they touch you, and leave soot marks. They can be calmed into a near-sleep by humming at the right pitch.
Fire elves gain their name not only from the heat emanating from their skin, but from their honey, which can aid one in understanding fire. In order to steal the honey, one must calm them, take only a little of their honey, then walk away like you didn't even see them.
Giants::
Large enough that a human could easily fit in the palm of one's hand. Their skin and eyes are like a chameleon, changing color to suit their background. Even with this ability, one could not fail to see, hear, or even feel them coming from far away.
At one time, they lived all over Lombrica, and one village in particular took to living in nests high in the tree's to save their children from them. For reasons unknown, they moved deeper into the forest.
Night-mares::
Black-Shadows, like men, but with no human features outside of their red eyes. Said to be the dead who's hearts were so tainted the white women could not wash them.
If one is able to recognize the face of someone they knew in all that darkness, they can kill the night-mare, by saying their name, and fearlessly speaking to the person, not the shadow. Being fearless in the presence of a night-mare is not easy, as they kill through fear. They will 'eat' a person when not held back by something, leaving nothing but a 'shell' like skin shed by a snake.
Red-Caps:: Information Unavailable
Treemen:: Information Unavailable
Trows:: Information Unavailable
Water-Nymphs::
Mermaid-like creatures with toad-like eyes, almost human faces and arms, and long hair green as grass. Their bodies are covered in tiny scales, light in color on their upper body, and rainbow, like a belly of a perch, on their fish-like tails. They are completely silent, and do not like loud voices and also seem to have good memories.
White-Women::
The servants of death. Translucent white women, with whispering voices, usually surrounded by a cold, white fog. Creatures of longing. They can be seen by anyone in the presence of someone on their deathbed. Once they have called to someone, if that person survives, the white women will visit them in their sleep, caressing their hearts.

Rainbow Fairies:: A creation of Orpheus. Multi-colored instead of blue, and have a sour temperament, like most of his creations. They are less bothered by the cold than normal fairies, though they still seem drowsy in winter.
